Position: Collections Officer

Branch: Loan Administration

Description: This position is responsible for the management and maintenance of the bank's delinquent loan portfolio. The successful applicant will be highly motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented, and a proven self-starter. Applicants must have the ability to communicate effectively and courteously with internal and external contacts. Minimum qualifications include demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to multi-task, fundamental computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, and Internet navigation, analytical skills to perform credit and property analysis and for problem resolution, and quality written and oral communication skills. Three years of collection or lending experience preferred. Must have an understanding of collection activities and related laws and regulations.

Position: Systems Technician

Branch: Systems Development

Description: Duties include some Help Desk coverage, Disaster Recovery planning, testing and documentation, and the administration of several diverse systems used within the organization. Strict regulatory and audit policies must be adhered to when performing all duties.

We are seeking someone with experience with Active Directory (including group policy), Windows Server 2008/2012, and vSphere. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL a plus. Must be able to work collaboratively, troubleshoot unfamiliar systems, document resolutions, and respond to after-hours emergencies.

Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant certifications, and four years of IT experience in a professional networked environment.
