Description: We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. Requirements include cash handling experience, strong customer service skills, reliability, and the ability to work well with people.

Position: Accounting Specialist


Location: Administration


Description: Responsibilities are mainly but not limited to general accounting duties, clerical and office support to the CEO, CFO and Controller. Basic job functions include maintaining accounting records of the bank as well as assisting in preparation of reports for regulators, examiners and external auditors.


The position requires the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, excellent analytical and organizational skills, the ability to keep strict deadlines, accuracy and attention to details, good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, and an excellent work ethic.


A bachelor's degree in accounting or related curriculum is preferred, although an equivalent combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Description: This job includes a variety of tasks and special assignments. Good organizational skills, strong communication skills, and reliability are required. Other requirements include computer experience with Word and Excel. The working hours for this position may vary. Accounting or reconcilement experience preferred but not required.

Position: Mortgage Administrative Assistant


Branch: Mendenhall Mortgage Office


Description: We are seeking qualified applicants to fill a full-time position as a Mortgage Administrative Assistant. This position provides administrative support to the Mortgage Sales team, reviewing mortgage files for adherence to underwriting standards and ensuring completeness of submission, and collecting necessary loan documentation from customers. Requirements include high school diploma or equivalent, excellent attendance record, strong communication and organizational skills, and computer skills including proficiency with internet searches, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Sales experience is preferred.
