Description: We are seeking a full-time Building Maintenance Specialist to support the construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard, in compliance with local building codes. This position also assists with or performs maintenance services and repairs across multiple trade areas, including plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, and basic electrical work. The role provides general labor assistance and supports higher-level positions within the Building Maintenance Department.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience maintaining buildings, grounds and equipment, or any combination of experience or training
  • 6 months data processing and Microsoft Office experience
