Description: This position is responsible for the origination of home mortgage loans according to First Banks standards and secondary mortgage guidelines. Essential job functions include developing business relationships with consumers, realtors, and builders, being able to use applicable computer software and internet-based programs and achieve loan volume goals by understanding loan programs and options offered by First Bank. You must be able to practice high quality customer service, loan consulting and participate in marketing functions. Skills required include excellent communication, professionalism, analytical thinking, and organization.
