Home Opportunity Program
Promotes homeownership for low-income households. Applicants who qualify can receive down payment assistance, closing cost assistance and, if necessary, a buy-down of the first mortgage.

Home Buy-Down Program
Designed to increase the availability of affordable housing for those who are eligible by assisting with closing costs, buy-down of a portion of the purchase price, or assistance with the down payment.
Closing Cost Assistance Program
Assists with closing costs to qualified low-income families to obtain affordable housing.
Provides eligible home buyers with $10,000 down payment assistance on qualified properties. Additional down payment assistance is also available for military members, emergency services providers, teachers, paraprofessionals, law enforcement and others. Home buyer education is available through this program to help prepare buyers to find and finance a home, and manage the financial responsibilities of home ownership.
