Account Assistance

First Bank is prepared to offer assistance to impacted customers through a range of measures. If you, as a current customer of First Bank, encounter hardship as a result of the coronavirus, please call us at (800) 478-6101 (9:30 am – 5:30 PM AST Monday-Friday and 10:00 am – 2:00 pm Saturday) or your loan relationship manager. We will continue to monitor the situation to determine potential extension or expansion of available assistance and will continue to communicate these decisions with you.

We strongly recommend that you leverage all the available First Bank tools and resources for self-service banking and 24/7 account access. These include our mobile, online and telephone banking services and access to our ATM’s with an ATM or debit card.
