We have become aware of a possible scam called “caller ID spoofing” from our phone number 907-228-4235. 

 

While this is a correct number for our Totem Branch, the individual calling was not a First Bank employee.  We are working with the local phone company to remediate the situation. 

 

Until then, remember, First Bank will never call you and ask for any confidential information over the phone.  We will only ask for identifying information if you initiate the phone call to us.  If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call or visit your local branch.
