Scammers Are Spoofing First Bank’s Phone Number. Do Not Trust Caller ID Alone.

Fraudsters may call after attempting an unauthorized online banking or ACH transaction and make the call appear to come from First Bank.

These callers:

• Have spoofed one of our published First Bank phone numbers (888-220-4446)
• May provide detailed transaction information
• May ask you to call a different number back
• Will create urgency or pressure you to act quickly

Never provide your username, password, or other sensitive information to an unexpected caller.
