Promotes homeownership for low-income households. Applicants who qualify can receive down payment assistance, closing cost assistance and, if necessary, a buy-down of the first mortgage.

Downpayment Assistance

Provides eligible home buyers with $10,000 down payment assistance on qualified properties. Additional down payment assistance is also available for military members, emergency services providers, teachers, paraprofessionals, law enforcement and others. Home buyer education is available through this program to help prepare buyers to find and finance a home, and manage the financial responsibilities of home ownership.
